I was one of Porfirio's roommates first year in Zamorano, along with Ramon Escobar. Over the years we met in different meetings, chatted or talked, or interacted in different ways. Always the smile, the hard worker, the incisive and sharp opinion, but also the humble and quick to recognize when wrong. I will miss him dearly and hope that your faith and God will sustain you during these hard times.
I will donate to the scholarship fund we have created in living memory of all of our classmates gone, but never forgotten from Zamorano's class of 1984.
