Robert Eugene Gatlin, 92, passed away on December 20, 2017 at the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Kosciusko, MS. He was the retired manager of Mississippi Building Dealer Association and a WW II U.S. Navy veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Gatlin and Sadie Mae Price Gatlin; wife, Dorothy Allison Gatlin; and sister, Lorraine Gatlin Sanders.

He is survived by his daughter, Julie Kimmell of Huntington Beach, CA; sister, Francis Gatlin Parrish of Starkville, MS; grandchildren, Blake Kimmell of Denver, CO and Graeme Kimmell of Chicago, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a private family memorial service at a later date.
