Obituary for
Cora Frances Turner Seawright Hunt
Cora Frances Turner Seawright Hunt age 79, passed away in the Baptist Hospital in Columbus, MS. She was a retired secretary with Maben High School and later employed at RedKap, Inc. A member of the First Baptist Church in Maben, she loved her family, enjoyed fishing, and cherished her days as secretary at Maben High School.
She is survived by her husband Bertron Hunt for 26 years; sons, Tommy Seawright and wife Rita of Starkville, Phillip Seawright and wife Molly of Mathiston, Roland Hunt and wife Jackie of Ackerman, Jeffrey Hunt and wife Sandy of Ackerman, and Michael Hunt of Starkville; brother, Glenn Turner and wife June of Maben; 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clell and Lois Turner and a daughter Miranda Hunt.
All services are scheduled for Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at the Maben First Baptist Church in Maben, MS. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday from 3-5 p.m. with the funeral service to follow at 5 p.m. Burial will follow in the Double Springs Methodist Church Cemetery. Services will be conducted by the Reverend Tommy Temple and Reverend Michael Baham.
Pallbearers include Matt Seawright, Austin Seawright, Dylan Seawright, Jamie Hardy, Caleb Fason, and Travis Hunt. Honorary pallbearers include Charles Fulgham, Ari Hunt, and John Michael Captino.
