Mary Jo Harbor  Reed
Mary Jo Harbor Reed went to be with the Lord July 25, 2016 at Prince Place in Trafford, AL. She was 86 years of age. A native of Tremont, MS, she was a retired bookkeeper with Rice Equipment Company.

Mary Jo was a graduate of Starkville High School, class of 1948 and a member of Starkville Church of God, where she was active in ladies ministry and taught ladies Sunday school. She loved cooking and taking care of her family and friends with great love.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George O. Reed.

She is survived by her son, Michael O. Reed & Satha of Pinson, AL, daughter, Pamela Reed Turner & Tim of Nesbit, MS, brothers, Robert Harbor & Betty of Alexandria, VA, Frank Harbor of Columbia, S.C. & John David Harbor & Jan of Nashville, TN, sisters, Hazel Townsend & Devon of Brandon, MS, Helen Ainsworth of Florence, MS, grandchildren, Harbor Simonetti & Brian of Pinson, AL, Christa Langford & David of Oxford, MS, Danielle (Jeremy) Cantrell of Detroit, AL, and eight great-grandchildren, Carter, Bianca; Madison, Bailey, Avery Grace; Kaleb, Danica, & Cameron.

Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, MS, followed by a private graveside service at 3:30 p.m. at Memorial Garden Park Cemetery.
