Sue Jean Shaw Edmonds, 79, passed away on April 19, 2013 at OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville, MS. She was a homemaker and loved the Lord.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Walter Shaw and Mary Romay Holloway Shaw; and her husband, Thomas B. Edmonds, Jr.

She is survived by her son, James T. Edmonds; sisters, Wally Breland of Maben, MS, Mary O. Edwards of Houston, TX, and Joyce Frances Childress of Stewart, MS; brother, Charles Edward Shaw of Maben, MS; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Edmonds is scheduled for Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Welch Funeral Home, with the graveside following at 2:30 p.m. in Memorial Garden Park Cemetery in Starkville. Rev. Bob Whiteside will conduct the service.
